What can I do with Spazio?
You can organise a home or office search, collect listings from supported sites, add notes and photos, plan viewings and compare two or three properties. Use it on your own or invite other people.
Is Spazio free?
The current version of the app is free to use, as set out in the terms of use. Any paid services would require separate terms.
Do I need to download an app?
Not for now: you can use Spazio in your browser. Android and iOS apps are planned; you will find the links in the download section when they are available.
How many searches can I create?
You can own up to 20 searches in Spazio. This includes any personal search created when you first sign in. Searches you join by invitation from others do not count towards this limit.
Can I search for a home with someone else?
Yes. Invite people to your search and assign permissions. Everyone signs in with their own account and keeps their own ratings. You can also create separate searches, for example one for a home and another for an office.
How many people can I invite?
The current version has no set numerical limit on invitees per search. Only the owner can add them and manage access. Each person must use their own Google account.
Does the invited person receive an email?
No, Spazio does not automatically email invitations. Once it is saved, share the app link. The person signs in with the invited Google account and accepts the search from their list.
Who can see my data?
Authorised participants access the search according to their permissions. The operator and technical providers process the data needed to run the service. Any sharing of data for property analysis, the recipient and related choices are described in the app’s privacy notice. Sharing depends on individual authorisations and the search settings. Notes, appointments and personal photos are excluded from the partner view. Read the app privacy notice.
Are listings always up to date?
Listings can change, expire or be incomplete, and imports may fail. Spazio keeps the source so you can find it again. Confirm availability, prices and terms with the advertiser.
